Orders placed on PivoHub automatically sync as consignments in Lightspeed, complete with product details, logos, and pricing. Inventory is unpacked for resale, taxes and costs are accurately tracked, and sales data syncs back to PivoHub for smarter restocking.

An integration fitted for your business

The integration with PivoHub simplifies and automates key aspects of inventory and sales management for retailers.

Here’s how it works:

Once an order is placed on PivoHub, it automatically prepares a Lightspeed Consignment :

  • The brand information is prepared in advance, providing the POS with the proper logos, company names, descriptions etc.
  • The product is also created, with its logo, category, description, MSRP
  • The client is then free to accept, review, or adjust the MSRP to the desired resale price
  • Integration also records the total sales tax and any deposits paid, allowing the client to have insight into the true acquisition costs.

Quantity Management :

Purchased quantities are automatically unpacked for resale. For instance, a case of 24 cans is configured as 24 individual units in the POS.
From there, Consignment is kept in sync with PivoHub.

As orders move in PivoHub, the POS consignment moves towards its completed stage
Once the order is marked delivered in PivoHub, the LS Consignment is completed, releasing the unpacked quantities for immediate resale.
As sales are made in the client's store, PivoHub is kept in sync as a basis for future restocking features

This integration eliminates manual tasks, ensures data consistency, and optimizes operations, enhancing efficiency across purchasing and sales workflows.
