PivoHub V10 Milestone Release

PivoHub has just released version 10 of its B2B SaaS solution. It marks an important milestone in the platform’s evolution since its humble beginnings back in 2016. Version 10 represents the completion of the company's transformation from a craft-beer-centric B2B platform, into one which now directly addresses all specialty food & beverage needs, and its industry players.

To complement this transformation and to celebrate the start of a new chapter, PivoHub is excited to reveal its corporate rebranding. It desired to match its image and message to the hard work that’s been happening behind the scenes in direct support of its buyers, sellers, and distributors!

The branding highlights PivoHub as a central hub within the productive ecosystem of its participant users and businesses. The circular nature of the logomark represents the continuity of the relationships formed, maintained, and optimized via its collaborative transactional systems.

Bringing a fresh look-and-feel to the platform is not all that’s been released. The version 10 also brings a paradigm shift with a set of new features. In particular:

A native integration of POS

For point-of-sale businesses using Lightspeed POS (X-Series), PivoHub now offers a direct integration to bridge the power of the two respective platforms. Purchases of craft and artisanal products made on PivoHub can now directly augment the Lightspeed inventories, along with all the product information, images, costing and MSRPs! PivoHub purchases are available for resale, in-store, without any manual work to do!

This integration complements the PivoHub commitment to ensuring the maximum in productivity for its buyers, and joins its existing integration with Alice POS.

Agency unified invoicing

Distributors and agencies seeking to significantly decrease their administrative work when invoicing their (often large, franchised) buyers, can now issue invoices on behalf of the hundreds of brands and licensed producers they represent. By aggregating the purchase orders of a multitude of sellers for a distinct buyer, the unified invoice is produced without the need to intervene at all on pricing, tax calculations, or declarations of permits, etc.

This unified invoicing can be coupled with PivoHub’s distribution shipment preparation module to ensure the accuracy and just-in-time nature of the distributor’s real-time inventory fulfillment services.
